Website privacy notice
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Scope
This notice covers the Lyra marketing website presented by Synaptic AI Inc. It covers website browsing and demo or clinical partnership enquiries. It does not describe the processing of patient records in a clinical product. Any clinical deployment requires separate agreements and privacy information.
Information you choose to send
The enquiry form asks for your name and business email. Clinic name, specialty, team size, current EMR, preferred times and your message are optional. The form prepares a draft in your email application; this website does not upload the form or send the email. We receive the information only if you send it. You can instead email us directly. Do not send patient information, medical records, credentials or other sensitive information.
Purpose and access
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requested demonstration or clinical partnership, and manage that conversation. An enquiry is not a subscription to promotional emails. Access is limited to the people handling the enquiry and service providers needed to deliver, store or support the correspondence. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Browser preferences and technical information
The website stores your language choice in your browser under “lyra-lang”. This preference stays on your device until changed or cleared through your browser settings. The site code does not include advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and it does not save form entries in browser storage. Fonts are supplied by your device. Your browser or email application may independently offer autofill or save drafts under its own settings.
Website and email providers
Delivering a website involves processing connection information such as an IP address and requested page. A hosting provider may keep operational or security logs. Your email provider and the providers supporting our correspondence process messages under their own arrangements. Provider processing or access may occur outside Québec or Canada. Contact us before sending personal information if you need details about the providers, locations or safeguards used.
Retention and safeguards
Our retention approach is to keep enquiries only as long as needed for the conversation, related business records and applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them as appropriate. Retention of provider logs and email backups depends on the relevant service arrangements. Ordinary email is not a suitable channel for patient records, and no internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Ask us about the handling of your enquiry or request its deletion using the contact below.
Your choices and privacy enquiries
You may choose not to contact us, omit optional information or ask to stop the conversation. To request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, withdraw consent where applicable or raise a privacy concern, email the contact below. We may need to verify identity before responding; do not send identity documents unless an appropriate process has been agreed. Requests remain subject to applicable legal rights and obligations.
Changes
Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date. Any materially different use of personal information requires the notice and consent that applicable law calls for.
