Website terms of use

A marketing and information website
This website introduces Lyra, an electronic medical record platform presented by Synaptic AI Inc. Its content is general product information for prospective clinic users. It is not a patient portal, a clinical service or a channel for medical advice. Do not use the site or its contact email for urgent care; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Product information
Lyra V1: testing and certification in progress.
The screens and workflows on this site are illustrative demonstrations using fictional data; they do not produce live AI output. Functional scope, integrations and deployment arrangements are defined with each clinic. References to standards do not constitute certification or regulatory approval.
Clinical use and AI
Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription or substitute for professional judgment. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased and requires verification against appropriate clinical sources. A demonstration does not authorise use with real patient information. Before clinical use, confirm applicable professional, privacy, consent and certification requirements and the terms of the proposed service.
Enquiries and service agreements
A demo enquiry or clinical partnership discussion creates no purchase, booking, service-level commitment or guarantee of participation in a clinical partnership. Prices, features, integrations, support, migration, data handling and timelines are established in a separate written agreement. Do not rely on website copy as a promise of clinical outcomes, billing acceptance, time savings, uninterrupted service or compatibility with a particular system.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit confidential patient information. When making an enquiry, provide only information you are authorised to share. Our website privacy notice explains the email draft process and the handling of enquiries.
Content and third-party names
Website content and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to the site and use it to evaluate Lyra. Other uses of protected material require permission unless permitted by law. HL7 and FHIR are registered trademarks of Health Level Seven International; their use does not imply endorsement. Third-party products and standards remain subject to their own terms.
Accuracy and limits
Website information may contain errors, change or become outdated. Please confirm material details with us before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website information is provided without a warranty of completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. This notice does not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any product warranties and remedies belong in the applicable service agreement.
Applicable law and language
These website terms are interpreted under the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply to you. They do not require you to waive a right or accept an exclusive forum. French and English versions are available. If they appear inconsistent, contact us for clarification; mandatory language rights remain unaffected.
Updates and questions
We may update these website terms by publishing a new version and date. A website update does not amend an existing signed service agreement. For questions about the site, its content or these terms, use the contact below.
